I am going to hijack the discussion just to share my ranting. Anyway, i posted this on Aunt Agony but i think the children there can't really appreciate this. so here you go 30ers.
Firstly, i must declare that i am not a chinese song person. But there is this just one song...
I was driving to work today when i decided to scan through the radio stations. And there it was, playing over the air. I cannot recall the last time i heard it but it reminded myself of a tumultuous relationship i had back then. I pulled the car to the side of the road and just listened. really listened. I can identify with every single line of the lyrics. I can't help myself but i wept and i realised i still miss her.
I wonder if i should tell my wife. But i guess some things are best kept to myself.

I have a book at home that tells how to get rid of certain stain including blood stain so I can look it up for you if you want?

I kinda missed my dogs.
But then....I just want to think they are better off elsewhere, without me.
The schnauzer went thru some really hard times with me. And I will always remember how she provided support when everyone fails me. (Seriously, am crying everytime I think of her and now still, typing this. No songs can remind me of her. Just thinking of her and it will start me crying. If I need to act in a drama serial, I know what will start my tears flowing easily.)
ANYWAY, I am not here to cry.
Once a week, a hardboil eggyolk to keep up her protein requirements.
S$2 Chicken Rice, remove the bones. Keep the bones for boiling porridge too.
OR when I have spare cash, a small packet of the Lamb Rice Dog Feed mixed with her big bag of cheap vegetarian dog feeds for the extra flavour for her.
And yah...that schnauzer went thru some hard times with me. Sometimes, nothing to eat but quick cooking oatmeal porridge shared between both of us.
And all I could have ever provided her, is just plain massages which she loves. And indulgence will be massaging her with cooking olive oil to keep her hair healthy and when she licks herself, she is licking edible oils too.
I miss her badly. And when I finally come into some good times. She enjoys such short time with me. -

Dang... the techs in the milling lab seem to have a lot of politics among themselves. This fella hates this fella, this fella only wants to do the bare minimum, this fella wants to undermine this fella....
Because of a disagreement on who's supposed to be on duty today I was forced to wait nearly an hour before a tech finally helped me with the boring machine...
Perhaps politics in the workplace are inevitable, but at least be professional enough to not let it affect the innocent undergrads, damnit. -
