  today, i had handmade noodles.. yesterday, i had the Chicago Nasi Lemak with half the amount of rice, 1 chicken wing, bittergourd, 2 servings of some kinda green veggies ($2)
  
  for snacks, i'm eating a few raisins occasionally..
  
  i'm drinking green tea now..
  
  the tube of salt and vinegar stax is being eaten by people in the office instead of me..
  
  the bucket of Maltesers should finish by the week's end... and i'll start the diet proper

  i too lazy to cook lah... so he just get holistic dog food... used to feed him lotsa japanese snacks [for dogs lah] too... 1 pack of milk sticks [abt 10 pcs] cos ard $12... and he refused to eat those cheapo american snacks... now bobian... his mummy now very broke... just dry food and biscuits and carrots

  2nd chance still have, at City Plaza. They sells ready to wear baju kurongs. I got one Chinese style baju kurongs with pants there.
