little boy is sick with fever & cough.
Little gal is trying to be cheerful with a little cough.
She trapped her head on the staircase barristers just now.
And I was just sitting in front of her. First I saw her tried a few times to squeeze her legs and butts thru...which didnt work.
Then the next moment she is thru.....I was like sitting there stunned.
And when she couldnt move her head out to the other side, thats when I panicked.
Called for her momma and little boy tot she was playing and was pulling me away and dont want me to pull little gal out.
Then when I finally can make him let go of my fingers, my sister was trying to pull the barristers apart from the top. I told her I can do it and while she holds the top part, I put my strength to pulling the barrister apart at its bottom, where its the weakest.
I really felt very stupid. Cos I was really REALLY sitting in front of that little gal at the staircase, she squeezed her body thru those sticks and her head wont squeeze thru.
One moment I was thinking...oh...she cant put her body thru....next....her head is stucked! Thankgod the barristers didnt jammed at her ears...just her head bigger and harder to squeeze thru.
And that was like morning around 11am!
Then my sister suggest i bring the kids to the backyard to walk a bit. It was freezing cold and I was only in sleeveless tee & shorts.
The cold wind and air did help to stop their panic crying and they had a little enjoyable time walking the lawn at the back of the house. The neighbours dog joined us with some barking on his side of his fence.
Got the kids out of my sister's hair a bit while she was frying some lunch for them.
Children, one second, at the blink of the eye...can get into dangerous situation.
And it was lucky that she was trapped at the lower steps of the staircase instead of the higher ups.
You guys can imagine the kinds. Where kids body squeeze thru some railings but the head is stuck?
