i think we spend too much time writing BS at work
a simple "we will fabricate the posters for you, you will go and figure out what to do with them" & "the other section will vet the news releases as well as invite the press while you guys tell the press about the case" has to turn into a bloody formal paper...
and why we need such a clear demarcation is because the idiots out there don't want to shoulder the responsibility for anything even when they vastly outrank us...
