Then she did some more reading up and link me to this.
But what disgusted her most was this, which she believe its because of av's mandate.

I just reached school.... my dad sent me here on his motorbike.
Had a near-accident just now... just as I had dismounted from the bike, a taxi nearly reversed right into the motorbike. My dad was fortunately alert enough to accelerate the bike to safety. He then cussed the taxi driver (Gas Union taxi) to heck.
Basket... I don't have a Class 3 licence, and yet even I know that you should look in the rearview mirror while reversing.

He's a taxi driver too, by the way (Comfort). It just so happens that he lets his relief driver take the taxi out for a spin on Fridays... which was why he sent me to school on his motorbike. -
