anyway, back from OUB.. my sister never use the card for many months since she's abroad and will be abroad for a long time... charge her $149 and change...
mom as usual, in a panic over this because... she'll panic if she doesn't have anything to panic about...
went there, asked nicely what all the charges were, found out it was for.. usual card fees.. i asked "huh?" and immediately everything was waived...
hmmm.. banks.. they will anyhow charge stuff and panicky people will anyhow pay.. adds to their profit...
heard about the guy who took a bank to court and won over stupid charges? the bank ignored him, and refused to credit that amount back.. so he went to the court again, got a few bailiffs, who marched into the bank and took a few machines in lieu of the payment of his cost
