what can i say about my ex-boss whom i blasted because of his idiocy?
he's now transferred to another division as the division boss... right now, he's tormenting a lot of his people and to add to it, he's tormenting our division by pushing a lot of work our way.. may i add it is all pointless work which his staff is better equipped to handle...
my division boss's patience is getting worn thin...
i would have roasted the asswipe long ago.. -

because all gossip will come to a dead end when it hits me, i'm not told of most juicy gossip
the latest which i found out involves someone in my team back at my last post having a sordid affair with another.. the only reason why they told me was to attempt to pressure me to go ask the people back in the team about all the juicy details
of course i'm not about to do so

just that i didn't want to have to go deal with the aftermath so i didn't give a ($#@ about it all -
Bear, sounds like a lot of bruised egos and personal agendas going on in your organisation.
Some organisations just have muckier politics than others. I think maybe, it has to do with letting the political players get away with murder literally scot-free, so they become bolder and less restrained. -
Reason why I think being in HR is the worst!
You deal with humans -
the politicking *&^$# occupy a lot of the high posts
there are a few who got there because they are very competent.. but they are few and far between -

Have also made friends with a few colleagues who sometimes go out with me. I even have an after-evening-shift-stubbie pal from work now! No, not the cigarette stubbie but the beer bottle stubbie, cause here, they call beer that's in a bottle and not off the tap a 'stubbie'.
