A Nursing Agency is an employment agency that supplies nurses to work in hospitals as and when they require nurses. Lots of nurses here work in agencies because it's extremely flexible and they get sent on different assignements to different hospitals. Good for those who want to avoid the dreaded ward politics and the bitching, I've been told.Originally posted by Fatum:I tossed in a monster bunch of bean sprouts into my instant noodles just now ....
and now i'm farting like no tomorrow ...
what's a nursing agency anyways ? ....

Originally posted by Rhonda:Oh, btw Pinky Bear, the strange sms I sent you last night was because of this : my mobile / the network is weird, sometimes when I get an sms, it auto re-sends one of my old msgs to me.
Last night, I was falling asleep watching the Korean drama when I received a new sms and your old Christmas sms re-sent to me. I didn't check the date and since your sms was about some chocolate log cake that Chris might eat half of before you brought it over to your in-laws, I sent you that reply.Because I was half asleep liao, I didn't think to check the date of the sms.
Sorry for the confusion!

Lots of neighbourhood cats around. Not much wild fauna around here where I live cause it's a built-up area.Originally posted by the Bear:i would say try not to own cats in Australia.. if it gets out of the apartment, it's going to go hunt down and eat the local fauna..
It's okOriginally posted by Rhonda:Oh! It must be that same greedy turtle I saw when I visited her then!
Well, I did think of drinking it last night, but was too nua to go take it from the fridge.Originally posted by the Bear:admit it.. you were tanked on that plum booze

And, almost 10 months later, the same bottle is STILL sitting in my fridge!
Unlike you and your beer, I practice moderation with my booze.![]()
Was just telling honeymouse that I haven't seen a single possum since I came!Originally posted by the Bear:ahhh.. one of these days, you have to watch that documentary about the cats in urban australia.. you will know how bad it is..
it doesn't matter if there are other neighbourhood cats around, if everyone does their part and keep the cats indoors, you will see the wild fauna.. or maybe you won't because they are that well-hidden and shy..

Originally posted by the Bear:look.. refilling the bottle once every 2 hours cannot count as "the same bottle"
That is a good pick-up lineOriginally posted by Rhonda:I wanted to ask if I could have a taste of his home-brewed beer!![]()

It's very interesting here, there are shops selling equipment for you to brew your own beer at home!Almost followed a dude home when he stepped out of one such shop carrying two boxes - I wanted to ask if I could have a taste of his home-brewed beer!
