the bear sounds like a good example of what u described. I can't have a decent discussion with him where I disagree and he doesn't resort to name-calling. Everytime I try to bring up a different perspective, he'll say "Sheltered Life" or something else not very nice.

Y'know, I think intelligent guys are a major turn-on! Everytime I meet a guy here who can hold a decent, interesting conversation with me, I get reeeeeeeely hopelessly attracted to him!
Once, on board a crowded tram, two guys near me were having a really serious and intelligent discussion on politics and technology and I almost swooned! In fact, I forgot I wanted to alight a stop earlier and ended up alighting at the next stop! -
