Well, it took me forever to defrost those meats, so the slow cooker wasnt a good option when I got only less then 2 hours to cook.
But since the stock is good, I think I will just keep brewing stocks and cook the soup with that as base.
Trying to make different varieties of soup. I purposely omit out the tomatoes today.
Tomorrow, may make a creamier soup for the family.
and ends up with a tomatoe base soup towards the end of the week.
From ultra clear soup to creamy to tangy.
i cant believe how bored I am now with the same style of cooking.
I ought to start on the baking. Or at the very least, makes those dumpling skins! Or make mantau! -
