  Haha SO just called up
  Apparently, they couldn't get him a room in Hotel Intercontinential or one of those better hotels
  He said this is the most run-down hotels he has ever seen (followed by a string of colorful language)

  Yup. Lots of it are sad to me I think
  And you can feel the emotions etc when they had the French Revolution bit too
  I didn't ask him coz he actually made a long distance call to rant and complain
  But I think it must be bad
  Coz he isn't really too fussy about the hotel but if he complains, it is bad
  I think if I was there, I would have thrown a huge hissy fit

  reminds me of what my sister said when she had to go to India and Bangladesh...
  
  their 6-star hotel macam some kind of seedy motel..
  
  and also her boss said in Bangladesh, outside the hotel do not eat the chicken.. it's probably crow, do not eat the other types of meat, it's probably some kind of carrion or even dog
