i'm done making dinner.
And the bittergourd, well, it turns out crunchy but bitter, something I can take, but my brother in law & sister cannot.
So I put them into the ziplock box and wait for tommrow for lunch.
The mince meat steamed with bean sauce turns out good, but it left my lips strangely tingling. Think the bean sauce contains MSG.
The stir fried green leafy vegies with fish sauce turns out great.
And the barley water & winter melon strips is happily cooling down at the slow cooker.
Auntie's job is DONE! -
