My neice is now doing it. And she is what....15 months old?
When she goes 'Bye' and its akinda a long drag out 'BByyyeeee'.
Got heck lot of people turning around to look and smile.
She is starting with the pout thingy though. Makes us wonder where she learns it from. Cos none of the family females does that. SERIOUS!

the bosses suggested i take a day off today...
i said there's a meeting today about stuff which i'm the one inputting... so i'll turn up..
and guess what? i come into office and find a piece of work on my table which they decided must be rushed out by today since the guy approving the whole thing will be on a few months' medical leave from thursday for cataract operations...
maybe they want him to approve it when he's blind as a bat?
that aside, i gotta go do that work.. then sit in on a series of meeting today...
and they wanted me to take a day off -

Yeah, the weather here can really play you out! YOu can step out of the house dressed for a perfect hot summer day and by the late afternoons, it turns windy and by evening, it gets really freakin' COLD!! I kena several times before, ended up shivering all the way home!

Arrived late last night. I am now just passing my time, waiting to be picked up by someone to do the site visits. We will be heading to Katherine this afternoon (about 310km from Darwin). Anyway, should be good. Will be going home tomorrow night and arriving in Melbourne on Thu morning.
The cyclone is now in Western Australia so it's ok over here. Thanks for your concern!!
I had a walk along the beach this morning.... there are interesting rocks (with interesting colours and patterns) on the beach. Took some pictures of them.... will post it when I get home. -
