Evil telebanana!
Anyways, I remember that I was like av - I needed to be hypnotised and numbed with the music on my MP3 Player when encountering crowds and when taking public transport so that the monster dwelling within me will remain satiated and I won't go postal and do a Columbine in Singapore!![]()

There was a very very good and obedient Chocolate Lab that I encountered at the Richmond Market, tied to a corner where I sat on the stone wall, eating my hotdog. People walked past and patted him and spoke to him and he was gwai-gwai diam diam lapping up the attention but never misbehaving.Originally posted by elindra:I like both cats and dogs

But cats are a problem in OzOriginally posted by honeymouse:Do you know Cat makes headline in Darwin newspaper yesterday. The headline is "Ban cat unless it is on a leash". Think they must have been killing too many wild animals over there.... I didn't read the content so not exactly sure what it is all about.![]()
Not only cats, there are wild horses, camels etc too I heardOriginally posted by elindra:But cats are a problem in Oz
There are people who abandon cats in the dessert coz they dun wanna keep them as pets anymore
And cats are very good survialists and their hunting instincts kick in and they do kill alot of small animals for food
In fact they have a culling program for the wild cats in the desert but apparently not very successful coz the cats are intelligent too

I've often seen them in the summer, stalking gophers while jogging .... and there are huge wild tom cats, truants from farms, in the woods, decimating small local wildlife ...Originally posted by elindra:But cats are a problem in Oz
