group all of these students together, they all compete this way because in a cohort where 98% means you fall into the lower half, they will do whatever to get ahead.. including study way before the lessons are taught...
and their parents will help too...
the teachers in the schools are immaterial....
however, when you group people together like this, Groupthink happens...

Ok, I've dealt with the plagiarist, and his work seems to be original.
Right now I'm editing the essay. And I'm having the exact same rant that the banana had in his group projects. My team members seem to be content with just throwing in all the facts and figures into the essay without actually using them to advance the main argument.
So now I'm forced to try to reword their disjointed and fragmented points into what seems like a coherent attempt to advance our main argument, enlighten the reader and prove our point. That's a pretty tall order, considering that the combined essay is 7500 words long, filling up 25 pages of MS Word.
I don't want to sound as though I'm whining, but exactly how did these guys pass their GP? -

i get a slight knock on my calf while playing football this morning
then it grows to an ache, kinda like an 'after a bad cramp' ache.
now i'm limping around. just now i attempted to play again but i can't even jog or kick. i sprayed a whole lot of Salonpas and Deep Heat.

the old digital compacts are usually not worth fixing, being pcb based. 1 part spoil means replacing whole board means paying nearly as much as it'd cost to buy a new camera!!
bear's camera is worth fixing because its a mechanical camera.
but you can just bring it in, no harm. he does not charge you for assessing your camera -

both are old manual lenses, a 35mm f2, and 50mm f1.4(this one is a nippon kogaku, so I had to leave it in the shop for the rabbit ears modification so I can get full metering with the D200)

hee antique cameras? remind me of the time i took a module in large format - u know complete with the accordion lens. It's really CUMBERSOME just for 2 slides to be taken!!
Have returned all knowledge back to teacher
but its fascinating seeing how it all worked...
