I was just away. Called out to help my brother in law while my sister runs to the grocer.
Was feeding the gal, and she decided to climb onto the roof of a kids car buggy and hang there.
It generally wasnt much of a concern.....and i had my knees prop against that car buggy to keep it steady and it wouldnt topple.
next thing I know....she slipped and fell head first onto the floor. whats worse was that on the carpeted floor was a plastic railway track and lots of hard metal toys kitchen ware she managed to throw around earlier.
I only managed to grab her neck with my left palm, and i threw that bowl of rice to free my right hand to try to grab her body.
Anyway....it was a nano-second thing. next thing i see was she lying face up and looking blur. My left palm under her head and upper neck area.
I grabbed her bodily and prop her back against my body and kept asking her if she was all right.
That gal merely stare into space a bit and then climb away and goes climb another structure.
I was still too stunned, and was quietly picking up those rice that spilled. It was messy.
And for me, I think it scared off 6 months of my life just like that. I didnt even managed to squeak out a scream then.
And I didnt really see her slipped down, just a kinda glismpes at the corner of my eye, like a reflex reaction.
I was sooo scared that she will land upright on top of her head and break her neck in a bad way!
it was one of those scare, that you are not sure how to react to it when its all over. can only quietly go about your business.
little gal was not perturbed at all. while auntie here was later thinking about it and tears nearly dropped. -

Lots of this kind of folks around.
I remember someone even angrier over some small folks.
This guy, has a car, has a 250cc hornet & a STX.
He went and ask to exchange the 250cc with a CBR150, just to want to feel how CBR150 riding feels like.
Next thing he know. Some idiot was questioning his intentions and claims that he must be up to no good.
cheesed off this guy so much, that he much later then suan the small person, who incidently rides a small cc bike and is trying to make himself sounds like a leader in the field.
The small cc bike guy, is also incidently a new rider, and is riding a bigger cc bike which he has no licence for. -
My brother cracked his head open on the floor when he fell backwards from the top of a slide.
OK actually it was a cut that required stitches and it was from a low plastic slide.
But I still get chills now when I recall the rush to the hospital and the time spent waiting for Xray report.
