  Just finished making the pavlova shell for dessert tomorrow night.
  
  Hey bear, I made your braised duck for dinner before. Didn't use the whole duck though. Just the wings. Taste as nice as it is the whole duck. I used the whole duck few weeks ago. It was a great success. Thanks for the recipe. Yummy!! Might try that on chicken one day too.

  duck and chicken are different types of birds..
  
  duck and goose are about the same... anyway, was told recipe is from granddad..
  
  something about waterfowl and differing types of meat...

  Oh I see... can't get goose here though so it means I can only have braised duck all the time. But duck is nice.... yummy!!!

  yeah.. anyway, if the duck is FAT, it'll taste even better
  
  folks got a brazilian duck before... no fat at all, didn't taste very good

  Tell me about the fat duck!!! When I was cooking the braised duck the other week, I was busy getting rid of the layer of oil floating on top of the sauce. Unbelievable!!!

  great race ahead.. coz the past races at Jerez were amazing
  
  2 years ago, the 2 leaders bumped into each other at the last turn of the race.. Valentino Rossi came up winner for that while Sete Gibernau ended up in the gravel..
  
  last year, Rossi crashed in the beginning and the race was won by Loris Caparossi

  yah.. ahh.. the great black sauce.. can use to stew eggs..
  
  actually, i know how to make duck only... what to do with the sauce later, i think my sister knows..
  
  1st, use it to make stewed eggs and dry taupok..
  
  then can use to make other things..
  
  lastly, cut up cabbage and use it to make stewed cabbage..
  
  and that's the end of it

  Yep, I did use the sauce to make stewed egg. Yum. That's all I did with the sauce.
  
  I was supposed to meet your sis yesterday at the Warrandyte festival, unfortunately it was raining so we decided to give it a miss. What a shame! Think your sis has gone to Canberra now.

  artificial.... it's artificially clean in Canberra. Probably the only place in Oz that doesn't have any graffiti.

  nah.. av wanted to have a go at it...
  
  since Leica makes very good cameras, should go get them fixed..
  
  anyway, kopi and av are lining up to have a go at the mechanical one
