oi.. you know what "buar kee" is? vinegar crab...
usually, the crabs are sold whole and pickled.. the whole thing is put in dark soy sauce with garlic and chilli... they're pickled..
then when it's time to eat, take out, chop up and put vinegar, shallots and chilli... to eat with teochew porridge...
got or not? if not, can help look out or put out word where to find?

One said that many years ago, the NTU student union was against aircon buses serving NTU...
I just said back then there was non aircon stamp... But now the profit making operators are forcing students to buy more expensive aircon stamp yet deploys non aircon buses....
I suspect they're spies

Think you can grow out of it. I have a slight allergy (itchy throat and lips) to seafood like prawns and crabs too but I just keep on eating them until it goes away.Originally posted by sbst275:Kinda of...

From time to time, I still get itchy throat after eating prawns, I think it has to do with the freshness of the prawns. Those fresh ones don't affect me.
