  A normal nap to me is around 45 minutes. Just enough time for my brain to shut down for a while.

  Woah.... I see that polar bears and pandas are masters at hibernation.
  
  We coyotes aren't as good.... the longest sleep I ever had was about 14 hours long.
  
  Seriously, even after I return from strenuous 4-day exercises with very little sleep, I just sleep for around 12 hours before my biological clock forces me to wake up.

  tat was after 1 whole wk of sleeping 1 hr each day.... totally knock out.... finally woke up cos my mum nagged at me to EAT! funny thing is she was yelling tat still dun eat wait u gastric and faint! erm.... can we faint while slping?
