another sexy guy I know is also trying to downgrade from a district 10 landed property to a 3 room hdb flat at holland village area.
apparently, a fren of his got this really realy good deal of a 3 rmm HDB flat on the top floor of Holland V's HDB flat. So he is now doing some serious shopping for his own pad.
And for his widowed mother too. -

that 4 room HDB flat in Punggol is really a good deal. I've been there to see it. really new and unused that there is a heavy layer of dust on every conceivable surface. And its renovated. -

the simple thing would be that i go tell the other section: boy did we screw up... let's do it right now and not talk about this anymore coz it's less than inconsequential...
but i don't think the boss will do so..
for her, everything has to fit perfectly in her little delusional world -
found out where she screwed up
she keeps insisting on the "protocol" nonsense when writing emails.. even when it's bloody internal ones and dealing with really friendly people who have no hidden agenda... i think it's due to her side's organisational culture of "you scratch my back, i stab yours" that she developed this...
she keeps saying that "our division" while it should be the other section in our division... just bloody name that section!! the boss of the other section won't mind because it's her work!!
but no.. she says must "reply as a division"
wtf?? they come to us as a SECTION.. the other section in the division should be doing it... we bloody tell the other section, reply to the requester that the other section will be doing it, and that's it!!
but noooo... "must reply as a division"
so the other section thought we are doing it, the requestor thinks we're doing it... and all are sitting around not doing anything
SCREW PROTOCOL!! IT'S INTERNAL!! WE JUST WANT THE DAMNED THING DONE!!!
