those of you older ones who believe her is prob because you already know the guy.
the newer ones who do believe, well looking at the posts they made they act like bigots and fanatics and i don't think the warning is going to be helpful to them.
the others seem to be keeping a watch and see circus attitude.
and thats even before establishing if he did what he was suppsoed to do -

devil's account is more believeable than quinsy's.
He made his so called advances on me before. back when i was slightly younger.
there was a polite distance between the 2 of us at all times. after i said not interested, we're still frenz. the polite distance is still there. in fact, it became a shorter.
i can say i believe its safer for me to be alone with him.... compared to some other guys i noe in this forum.
and i still can't picture how he can hold his popcorn, and let his hand run around and touch quinsy's breast. i tried doin sth similar with nellie as the model.. but i failed. either i shove the popcorn into his face, or i end up touchin in an extremely awkward position.

As for me...
I keep my hands to my sides as much as I can when I'm with a girl - even if she's a close friend. As I mentioned before, I won't even casually put my arm around the shoulders of a female friend.
I may do so for group photos - but only after asking the girl first. -

If it was un-intentional, why is there to need to mention it was quinsy pulling his arm against her tatas?
And if it really was quinsy pulling his arms to nestle in her tatas, would he have spilled the popcorn into her face as you suggest it would happen? -

Outrage of modesty doesn't have to be a blatant grope. Repeated (or not) brushing or pressing of arm against body, or fingertip against body, with intent, qualifies as outrage of modesty.
When it's discrete, very light brush, like a "could it be accident? could be on purpose? " kind of touch , a girl in shock , confusion and embarrassment would not immediately conclude that an outrage is taking place. -

lets say there is a girl seated to my left.
I am holding the box of popcorn with my left hand.
With my eyes facing forward, I pass the popcorn over to her with my left hand, towards her chest. Outside of my palm presses against her chest.
I dun even need to involve the right hand ok
Now, accidents do happen since its dark in there, but not multiple times during the same sitting.
