How i would have seen the case is, been a outsider, i do not know much. Therefore i could only access the situation with those infomation given.
I personally would not condemn a person when he does wrong because he'll have to pay for that experience. Hopefully from there, he will be a better person.
Now that the case have happened. Might be charged with Outrage of Decency. We are looking for conclusion and move on?

get a doctor to check your brain.. as in, the veins in your brain...
migraine is caused by dilation of the vessels in your brain.. this increases the pressure on the brain which is the classic migraine..
panadol won't do anything...
what you will need is caffeine... or cafegot... which will constrict your vessels, relieving the pressure, thus the pain -

I'd take it, but from experience it can cause drowsiness and nausea.
