That's a really good plan and something Singapore ought to emulate to make the Minister more in touch with the harsh realities!

It has shifted to Palawan there I think, near the now operational Sentosa Express Monorail/ LRT...
It's kelong style... But as to whether are there stages, I'm not too sure
