When I return, I shall go on a fortnight of night duty to see if I like it. There's a vacancy for a permanent night staff and I'm considering filling it. The money's better, plus the night staff and esp the night team leaders are way better and more helpful plus one of them was my Sister back in SGH, and I only need to work eight nights in a fortnight! -

Have you purchased a PC yet? I will when I return! Mom says even dad, who is not PC-literate, says it's ridiculous that I've lived for almost an entire year with no PC! 
It hasn't been easy to not have a PC and ready internet access. I'm a chatterbox and it just feels unnatural.
I'm arriving in SG on May 3rd and will stay for approx a month. I haven't booked my flight back cause I wanna see how things go, whether I wanna return to Melbourne earlier or not.
I sure hope I won't come back to find all my darling succulents dead! I'm going to give them a helluva good watering before I leave, and then leave them all on the kitchen floor after laying newspapers all around so the sun won't dry them out but they'll still get light. -
btw, i used "Customs" loosely..
it's actually "Baggage Clearance" because Customs these days do nothing but collect GST excess and Duty at the checkpoints..
we do everything else but i think we're paid less than them
