i like mudcrabs.. but the buffets where they serve mudcrabs.. effing MANGLE them
at Vienna, they DEEP FRIED the things until the meat was all dried up!

If we want to eat crab, we usually go to a Chinese restaurant and ask for the Chilli mud crab and it usually comes with noodles too. Very yummy. We only do that on special occasion though as it can be expensive.
Most Australians probably think it's too messy to eat crab with your fingers. -
