In fact I really want to laugh at the way she handles train disruption. "When there's train disruption, you need to mobilise the buses out... Hence buses should complement the trains instead"
Yeah... A rare service disruption at the expense of making spend more on tpt by forcing the reduction of bus rts.. Bravo

They are food for the mountain lions that roam the reserve.
