  that's the correct way of pulling a Guinness Draught
  
  they only did that 3 times for me in Muddy's... all 3 times when the place was kinda slow

  The other day at my colleague's farewell lunch, I learnt that some Guinness Draught drinkers are very fussy the way their beer is served. If they think you don't do it right they will refuse to take it and want you to do it again.

  yah.. when almost done, they'll move the glass around and in one smooth move, have the pattern done just when the pint glass is filled
