Well, for the past few months, I've been down to one or two main meals a day with grazing on snacks like unsalted nuts in between. Sometimes, instant ramen makes a meal.
Reason being, I was so tired from work, I lost my appetite, plus I had just done a big clean-up of my kitchen and didn't want to have to clean it again so I ate out and it being expensive, I ate less. -
