Following a parliamentary debate in which Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore suggested to an opposition Member of Parliament that countries like Denmark are a part of Europe and will do fine without a good government, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and her advisers realised that MM Lee is absolutely right.
“I don’t understand what we were thinking, having all those bureaucrats and politicians making a mess for so many years,” said the Queen, “in fact we have come to the conclusion that we are better off without any government at all.”
The Speaker of the Danish Parliament has been informed that Parliament will be dissolved at the start of the next session and all Ministers have been told to start looking for other jobs.
The move has been widely condemned by all political parties and the current PM Anders Fogh Rasmussen has called for nationwide protests.
Officials of the European Union are looking into the legality of the matter but the Danish Constitution is very clear on this issue, the Queen has those powers and the Supreme Court has expressed no desire to challenge her decision.
"We must accept MM Lee's word that we Danes aren't so great after all," said a royal spokesman. "Our politicians will just have to find vocations to which we are better suited, such as, oh, making butter cookies or drawing offensive cartoons. Or perhaps we should all emigrate to Singapore and learn how to run a great , democratic government."
Unconfirmed rumors claim that other European monarchs are contemplating the same measures, most notably the Kings of Sweden and Norway and the Queen of Britain.
In related news, Minister Lim Sway Sway said that Singaporeans knew the difference between clean and dirty wages, because Singapore is a money laundering centre. -

The high quality of civil servant sector brains in Singapore has attracted unwanted attention from tribes of head hunters on the island of Papua New Guinea.
“We are very concerned about the development,” says Deputy Defense Minister Hock Kian Peng, “already several tribesmen have been stopped at the border. We knew they were head hunters because they were wielding spears and shields, had nose rings and a string of shrunken heads round their neck."
Exactly how they are getting to Singapore is unclear, but apparently they are traveling in canoes, island hopping along the Indonesian Archipelago.
“Good heads can fetch a very high price in Papua New Guinea”, says tribesman Micari Motubo, “but unfortunately, they are hard to find in Papua New Guinea so we have to go elsewhere for the best quality. And we hear Singaporeans give really good head."
Fearing a brain drain, Minister Hock informed Parliament that no civil servant heads are reported missing but emphasized that “we cannot afford to lose a single head. They are all needed here in Singapore and the growth of the economy is at risk if too many good heads are taken away to other countries."
"Phew!" said Mr. Chin Pang Sim, a civil servant at the Ministry of Manpower. "Luckily we're not known for having hearts, otherwise heart hunters will also come after us."
When the news was reported that head hunters were after our 'sewer serpents', most Singaporeans reacted by saying, "Your head, lah!" -

I am kinda reminded of that time, when we were staying in a hotel and next morning, a video crew was al stuffed in a roomw here they are filming a porno show or soemthing. Think I was 8 years old or soemthing. -

I was in Bangkok once with my Canadian biz counterpart (D)
SO decided to fly over to join me and D's colleague fly over from Hong Kong for a holiday (They are both Canadian's btw)
Anyway SO took a look at them and said they are screwing each other (both guys btw) I was like NO WAY coz D has a gf.
Anyway the next morning SO said he is 110% sure they are screwing each other coz of the noises he heard the night before (their room is beside ours)
I was like maybe they brought girls back but he said he is 110% sure no girls either.
Anyway I forgot about this whole issue till 1 mth later out of the blue my boss asked me if anything weird happened during the trip coz he heard that they were screwing each other and that they were bi

fren H is a private pilot.
In order to keep his licence current, he flies over either USA or Australia every year, stay a month, rent a small aircraft and does charter flight business for that month to clock his flying hours.
On trip last year march in USA, he got himself a british half wing navigator and a australian girl as some sort of stewardess.
And he rented a 3 bedroom service apartment near the airport to house all of them.
Soooooo....he caught on that the brit is not always in his room and both the brit and oz girl are screwing each other. Both of them didnt know he noticed.
He finally got fed up one day and tell the Brit.
'Look, since both of you are sharing room, there is no need for me to get a 3 bedroom. its a waste of money.'
So they downgraded the rooms.
(I think fren was upset because he would prefer that he was the one screwing with the gal instead of his navigator.) -
