  you can't steam black pomfret.. that really sucks...
  
  got to get the white version... there's a fish out there that looks like pomfret but has this bronze type colour... also nice but a bit more bones

  yeah, but if YOU end up marrying one of their daughters, you could end up cooking for their weekly majong sessions, many of which take place at my house, which means more food for me
