I've fired a few hundred live rounds before in a single day with my SAR-21 leh.... My siao-on OC made us redo ATP over and over again to get as many marksmen as possible.
He didn't seem to realise that when you make the men do it again and again, they get increasingly tired and frustrated - bringing down shooting proficiency in the process.
