I forgot. Have you tried 'Delicious Chicken Rice' at Katong Shopping Centre
That is my fav chicken rice stall when I was living near Katong.
I think Bear will prefer the chicken there too coz it's very plump and has the layer of jelly under the skin.
I just went there to eat recently coz I went back to eat at my fav stalls during the first 20 yrs of my life
Too bad my fav rojak stall is no longer there
That is the only rojak stall I know which gives you tiny shredded pieces of fresh lime skin in the rojak

Choco - erm...the pie is common in Florida ..."key lime" is a local produce there. Hmm...the cheesecake looked really good. -

If you are there at the basement go buy the egg tarts too
It's good and you can't miss the smell of heavily buttered pastry
It's different from the Kampong chicken
Each has it's own unique flavor but both very good
And both of them have chicken with a layer of jelly under the skin!
Kampong Chicken
Smaller chickens and less fat and tender and flavourful meat
Delicious Chicken (That is the name of the stall btw)
Very plump and juicy tender chicken
Rice wise, both are also good
Oh btw for Delicious Chicken you get free flow achar and pickled vegetables -
