I can't do my blardy medical check-up when I'm ill! And there's no point starting the other process when the check-up can't be done! AAAAAaaaaargh!! WAsted trip! I'm really pissed off! Worse, my head's spinning so bad today. AAAaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!

so my stand is, if you're too lazy to walk and too cheap to take public transport, take your chances on the main road.
I think cyclists should be more considerate if they are using the walkways. Thankfully, those I meet on the way to the MRT station are - they will slow down and move quietly behind pedestrians until there's an opening for them to over take...no ringing of bells to demand their right of way. The pedestrians also try to give and take lor. -

Yeah it sucks to cycle in Singapore....
They don't allow you on the pavement, while the other motorists treat you like dirt while on the road. -

Nandos not bad. The chips are not as good as KFC and Red Rooster though. Make sure you order Peri Peri chips (with some spice sprinkled on it). I love their extra hot chilli sauce. I don't usually see Charcoal chicken at the fish and chip shops here but yeah.... where they cook ("grill") the chicken using Charcoal. I like it at the local shop because they use fresher chicken than those you get from Red Rooster and supermarkets. -
