If I depart in the daytime, I shall reach Melbourne at about 7pm. Sounds alright to me cause I can take the airport shuttle coach to Spencer St Station, then hop into a cab from there. There shouldn't be any peak hour traffic congestion by then!
Hopefully, there's no footy or whatever going on otherwise, traffic will come to a crawl!

I took a short nap just now.
I was awoken by some #%@# telemarketer from ABN-AMRO.
The girl had quite a bit of a motormouth.... she just kept tossing all sorts of facts and figures at me while I just kept mumbling 'Uh-huh. Uh-huh'.
When I was satisfied that she had burnt herself out talking, I dropped the bombshell: 'Sorry, but I'm still a student. I can't afford whatever it is that you're selling.'
I could really detect the exasperated tone in her voice as she apologised and hang up. -

finished chatting with 3 other frens. they are happy i got a vibrator.
3rd fren is exasperated with that angmoh boy. its about time he is.
anyway waiting for dryer to finish churning the clothes. going to fold those and bring them to the family.
then its off to a shower and a good sleep. i am strangely lethargic today. dunno why. -

I don't even bother to get up to answer the call. I wait for my answering machine to kick in and I've informed friends that if they'll start talking and I hear their voices, I'll run to answer the phone. But if they hang up after the msg, then too bad, most likely it's a telemarketer.

One other reason I know about it more is because my company got the contract to set up the register. I may visit the office at some point to see how it works.
