i knew it, if the bus driver is a father too, he'll feel touched. and ultimately might decide not to take further actions.Originally posted by Rhonda:The driver did say that he was shocked to see the boy's dad kneeling to beg for forgiveness on behalf of his son. He's a father himself and so he understands that only a father's love would let a man resort to this.
That is a nursery rythme. It goes:Originally posted by Wanda:How did you come up with phrases like this? *impressed*

it depends on how he stopped and whether there was excessive force, no more news regarding that therefore both assumptions stand. i'm pointing out a possibility.Originally posted by the Bear:1. stolen property...
if not stolen..
2. report stolen, yet it wasn't...
and..
3. how do you stop someone from running away? get down on your knees like his dad?

if we gather the people to try to change things, we'll be put behind bars under treason.Originally posted by the Bear:and what is stopping us, we the people, from making it right again?
oh yah.. i forgot.. people who find it easier to do the wrong thing because it is easier instead of taking the effort to do the right thing...
heck! just like those who insist they cannot do math, i've seen people spend more energy rationalising and justifying their wrongs instead of putting a little bit of effort and doing the right thing
It's not really up to the bus driver to make that decision because SBS officers may decide to pursue the matter. Certainly, they don't want a precedence to be set, so other teens with 'anger management issues' might think that they can get away with acting like rogues.Originally posted by stellazio:i knew it, if the bus driver is a father too, he'll feel touched. and ultimately might decide not to take further actions.

punching due to hurt of girl still sound reasonable even if against hte law.....
Well, notice there were plenty of witnesses on that bus and notice NONE of them are testifying in defense of the boy.Originally posted by hisoka:it depends on how he stopped and whether there was excessive force, no more news regarding that therefore both assumptions stand. i'm pointing out a possibility.

if what i said was what happened, whats there to testify for the boy? they saw the girl being grabbed and screaming and the boy then hitting hte driver.Originally posted by av98m:Well, notice there were plenty of witnesses on that bus and notice NONE of them are testifying in defense of the boy.

did I mentioned a fren's cousin?Originally posted by stellazio:i think he's the kind of son that will disown his parents if he make it big or sth, because what the fatehr did for him would seem like a disgrace to the elites.

No it does not, Hisoka.Originally posted by hisoka:punching due to hurt of girl still sound reasonable even if against hte law.....
And this is not projecting?Originally posted by hisoka:if what i said was what happened, whats there to testify for the boy? they saw the girl being grabbed and screaming and the boy then hitting hte driver.
not exactly for or against either right?
+ probably most pple believe that since there was wrong commited earlier, the guy must be wrong in punching too. which sees to be the argument here. the driver was doing his job trying to retrieve the card, reporting etc. all of whic right. so it leads to the natural conclusionhe was right later too in grabbing the girl and making her scream.
besides the person being hit almost always get sympathy. and of course most pple think its wrong for a teenager to hit a 5x year old man.....
it looks like the excessive force was used by the boy.Originally posted by hisoka:it depends on how he stopped and whether there was excessive force, no more news regarding that therefore both assumptions stand. i'm pointing out a possibility.

projection of management fee was $566k.. the company made a stupendous loss.. the revenue is half of the final mismanagement fee which ended up at $63million
projection of management fee was about 120th the size of the actual fee.. talk about a bloated management
