I think 'molest' has to involve the touching of face / neck / breast(s) and / or groin and / or butt, the anatomical areas of the body with sexual connotations? I don't know the law well enough.

It's not really up to the bus driver to make that decision because SBS officers may decide to pursue the matter. Sure , it's a plausible explanation
If he punched the driver truly because he wanted to protect the girl, if he really felt that the driver was being rough on her, believe you me that would be the boy's first line of defence when speaking to the press
Attack the driver's actions, justify his own, rather than go on defence! That's what any sane person who has confidence in his own actions & can account for it, will do.
I also believe that if the driver did something wrong, eye witnesses would have mentioned it.

+ probably most pple believe that since there was wrong commited earlier, the guy must be wrong in punching too. which sees to be the argument here. the driver was doing his job trying to retrieve the card, reporting etc. all of whic right. so it leads to the natural conclusionhe was right later too in grabbing the girl and making her scream.
besides the person being hit almost always get sympathy. and of course most pple think its wrong for a teenager to hit a 5x year old man..... -

Ok....here's the story.
Only son, family sent him to USA for studies. He went, spent $$$ enjoyng himself (House, BMW cars & $$$ to waste at Casinos).
Return to Singapore, insisting that the family buy him the newest version of BMW but the family refused. So he hated the family so much. Have not talked to the father or mother for donkey years.
The family still loves him and still provide him a allowance at his tender age of 28. And the family gives him a Honda Civic car to drive around.
He has a defacto job at his fathers firm. Goes to work at 10am, leaves at 3pm for golf and then drinking with his friends.
And guess what, he still hates his family. And why? Because he is the only son. And all monies, will still go to him whent he parents Kaputed. -

That boy has no business interferring with the bus conductor and the girl. Thats all to it. His intention, even if its to protect the girl. Is false bravado and has no place in our society. If you figure it should. Then you are in the wrong kinda country. -

projection of management fee was $566k.. the company made a stupendous loss.. the revenue is half of the final mismanagement fee which ended up at $63million
projection of management fee was about 120th the size of the actual fee.. talk about a bloated management -
