. i wonder whether will dell honour the orders. -

they don't have to.. under contract law because it's an invitation to treat, not an offer although it's called a "special offer"

Actually, it's not unique to Dell. Almost all retail establishments have those 'boilerplate' conditions embedded in the fine print of their sales contracts.
However, that does not prevent the company from honoring the incorrect price in the interest of positive PR. -
