With over 20++kg of equipment in the jungles of Kanchanaburi, Thailand.
In those conditions, daytime temperatures can reach 42-43 degrees.
Within one or two hours of sundown, temperatures can drop to 13 to 14 degrees.
So 10 clicks with a minimal load on my back... ought to be okay.
But then again, I was at my peak of physical condition then back in Thailand. -

I have not fallen ill the whole time I was in Melbourne, safe for a few days of feeling 'off' during the change of seasons. -
