Too tired to sleep? Can't say I've had that problem. The only problem I've had is not being able to easily fall asleep in unfamiliar environs, like a hotel room or aboard an airliner.
(Actually, in all the years I've flown, I've never once been able to sleep aboard a plane.) -

Vodka... I've got my eyes on three bottles of Absolut Vodka. THink it's their Raspberry, Pear, and Mandarin. Don't think I can buy them all though, because the limit is 2.2L of alcohol.
WHY only 2.2L?!

It's hard to sleep on planes because it's too noisy!
Worse, lately, I seem to have developed the habit of having restless legs and a restless bum! I sit down for too long and I feel like screaming, like I just HAVE to start moving about or else I'd die! Never felt this way the previous few times I flew, including the two trips to the States, but somehow, things have changed. -

but we do get to buy a litre of wine and a litre of beer, stout or porter

Yeah, no kidding about sleeping on a plane. Uncomfortable seats, engine and airstream noise, wailing babies, etc. So much for the 'glamour of air travel'. Is it any surprise that I'm stumbling around like a zombie after a 22-hour flight to Singapore? -

i hate my 1st generation ipod. so blardy big, nowadays i see those can just put into the pocket while i needa bring a bag or file. -
actually, i don't know.. mine is over 2 years old.. it's an iPod mini..
i've not used it for ages since i've started to drive.. i've used it for cycling when i was exercising but not for some time already because of my injury..
it's still working coz it shows up on my iMac
