  when i go to Bali again, i am so going to this place no matter where on the island it is!

  freshly slaughtered pig is stuffed full of spices, sewn up, and then slowly roasted on a spit for 6 hours all the time being slathered with coconut water.. which has a sugar content to seal the skin so that the meat is tender as it roasts slowly in its own juices, while the skin becomes crisp and sweet with caramelised coconut water...

  maybbe instead of nuaing the whole day tomorrow, I should go out, get some fresh air, and maybe eat something interesting
