  i dunno about the wax part but since i've been using q-tips, there wasn't much build-up in mine.. after i used the spray, there was some bits which came out along with some little hairs in the liquid..

  Hmmm... if the wax remains even after using the spray solution, I suggest a more aggressive method, like sticking a screwdriver in the ear and scraping the wax off.

  some people should never ever drive
  
  i left IMM at 6:10pm.. reached home at 6:40pm!
  
  stuck at IMM for the longest time because someone was too afraid to exit the blasted place due to traffic.. thing is, after the car went off, everyone cleared the place very quickly including the IMM free shuttle bus... must have been stuck there for close to 15 minutes!
  
  then when i got home, one of the accursed neighbours' relatives (because i've never seen that car before) just stopped in the middle of the little street to let their fricken loin-droppings out of the car!
  
  i usually don't mind waiting a couple of minutes but the person just waited.. and waited.. i thought what.. then a couple of people, one armed with an umbrella (it wasn't raining, there was no bright sunshine.. damn! it's 6:30pm!!) and another came out.. extracted one girl who looks around 4 years old.. had to bloody carry her under the fricken umbrella... then closed the door.. i thought.. okay.. finally...
  
  THEN again, i waited and waited.. the same 2 people came out, one with, the other without an umbrella.. and extracted what looks like a 3-year old boy.. who threw a fricken tantrum because he could not hold the bloody umbrella!!
  
  it took forever to move the brat away so the car door could be closed.. then the driver drove off!
  
  all this while, he could have just driven about 3 metres into driveway to let me through!! but no.. the driver didn't even move for TEN minutes!!

  now then you know.. it's been going on for more than 10 years already... ramming cars or just side-swiping them.. you come out to inspect damage, they rob you...
  
  oh.. Popular Bookshop will not be so popular anymore if they do not train their goddamned staff in basic service
  
  fricken always see 2 people manning one cash register, one standing there not doing anything.. even when there are 2 registers

  As for Popular bookstore, yeah sometimes it does happen... But what I suspect is because, of the thingy to remove the e.m or whatever thing to trigger the alarm at the entrance
