  anyway, did any of you guys catch Bourdain last night? he was hilarious.. he was talked into going to see a chinese physician who used the bottles on him.. told him not to drink cold drinks and lay off the spicy stuff..

  he flew to Szechuan and promptly drank beer while eating their 'radioactive toxic sludge' of their chilli hotpot

  thinking about it, my two favourite cooks are Anthony Bourdain and Nigella Lawson..
  
  and it's because of their way with words rather than their cooking
  
  you have to watch Bourdain to be in awe of his insight and his humour
  
  Lawson.. just uses her words to make her food sensual
