Singapore Noodles is probably some wicked concoction cooked up by some ang moh who wanted to boast that he/she can cook 'global cuisine'.
It's just bee hoon fried with curry sauce and anything else can be thrown in, like onions, broccoli, snow peas, char siew, mushrooms, heck, whatever's available in your fridge, actually! -

I want to nurture a few kids of my own ....
I want to bring them fishing and have a picture of an array of fatums from the biggest (me), to the smallest, holding rods and swinging legs over a jetty ....
I want to teach them how to bike and swim and camp ... I want to sayang them over scrapped knees ... I want to read them stories at night and tuck them to bed ... I want to drop them off and watch them toddle off on the first day of school .... I want them to inherit and read all the books that I have .... I want to watch them grow up and learn how to drive and go on first dates .... talk with them at night about life, over beer ..... and finally be grandpa fatum ...... -
