I think she presents Chinese recipes in a way ang moh's will find it easy to follow. Her dishes are simple enough but I think she's not 100% authentic Chinese. Not really fusion either, but it's kinda... modified Chinese. -

Dont remind me of how I have to fill in forms for my malay or indian collegues.
And one time, I had to shorten some really long chinese names to fit a name tag.
Even my own full name wont go onto the nametag.
So finally, I gave up.
I put Surename first, their chinese name in initials & then their christen names that they preferred to be called.
I got so much complaints by the group of them, because they didnt like to have their own dialect name in initials.
BUT HEY! TAT TAG ONLY CAN TAKE 16 ALPHABETS! And by dunno who's stupid rules that I must have the dialect name up there instead of their preferred name.
So the End result die die has to be like this:

my ang moh friends are worldly and culturally aware people, that's all I need ... rednecks not knowing my name doesn't bother me ...

Arnold, very early in his acting career, was billed as Arnold Strong(!) because his agent felt his name was a huge mouthful. Thankfully he decided that the agent was full of crap. AND he retained his thick Austrian accent even up till today instead of trying to 'correct' it. -
