they come, take some pics, go back office, recall the old valuation of the flat on your floor and reprint it out with your properties address and same values.
Like that, is $150/-.

Anyways, even if you came back during CNY, are you sure you'll have time to go out with us during that period? I know for sure that there'll be quite a handful of forumites here who aren't really into CNY celebrations so it'll be fine but for you, I'm not so sure since you've got a pretty close-knit family, it seems.
Anyways, I've booked for first quarter of next year. But see how... once I get my PR approved, I'll have to leave Australia because they won't give me the PR until I 'fly into' Australia! Weird system! -
