Diets don't work in the long-term....you'll need to exercise as well as change the nasty eating habits...like no snacking of chocolates at the office.

i was walking with my collik and my boss, both ladies
i was minding my own business and suddenly my boss asked if i have seen that guy with perky nipples

then they said that one ...effiminate guy was walking by, with clutch bag or something, chest out..butt out

Yeah, it's pretty hot out there...makes me kinda glad I'm in the office enjoying the aircon.
