It's so hard! This time, came back and ate my favourite food but have to keep watching total daily intake, so sian! So hard to be disciplined! But then I cannot afford to put back whatever wee little bit I've lost cause then, I won't be able to fit into my new clothes back home. 
I just really really wanna seriously pig out!
So...regular exercise is the key?
P.S. she got her figure back like almost immediately after giving birth to her kid! -
The walking I have to do back in Melbourne helps tons. Here, cause of the weather, I don't like to walk as much as I do in Melbourne, so have to watch total daily input cause output is negligible.

Think fruits, veggies, steaming, no carbo. -
I eat very healthily in Melbourne. Helps that somehow, my appetite isn't so good back there. I think it's mainly emotional eating cause when I'm there, I don't feel like there's an urge to overeat.

Sigh...dieting is the lousiest way to lose weight though.

I just had leftover char siew fried rice from a Chinese kopitiam. The most tender and most delicious char siew I've ever had in or out of Sg. Bliss!

I was trying to find that Clairol Herbal Essense Shampoo advertisement I saw in Thailand.
Its about this backview of someone in a leather jacket. Takes off a riding helmet and a casade of lovely hair flows down.
Turns around, its a male biker with long hair.
Really good ad.
