  Now, I'm in the bank actually, but still doing IT support. ITIL processes, if you understand what I mean... anymore details I think I'll bore the rest
  
  I considered going out of IT but it seems to be the thing I do best. Plus the work to pay ratio is relatively good

  on that note, isn't it interesting how the malaysian civil service's pay hike looks like? the biggest raise(%-wise) is for the lowest paid! completely the opposite of ours!
