my knee really gives a lto of discomfort that i have to limp slightly, and rely more on my other leg. -
Little gal is fussy just now.
She dropped from that rails and bang her head so hard, i felt the carpet floor rattle.
Then she cries and i had to pick her up and comfort her since her mama was in the shower.
Then good thing is the 'The Gentle Giant' DVD was showing some things interesting and I managed to distract her attention to watch the movie.
She was so sweet watching that dvd. And she was sitting on my left knee. Took me a while to figure its safe to move my knee to a more relaxed position.
Both kids, they may be a headache, and it certainly was during the dinner time and bathing time. Sis was totally screaming at them kids sort of fighting in the tub.
But after all the crap. The moment they are in your arms, giving you a hug to bade farewell. Everything is truly worth it.
Can remember my last years trip in USA where I cried most of the way during liftoff from LAX airport. -
So please. If any of you are contemplating having kids.
Give them a 3 years difference between siblings. -

You can either try soaking both your legs in Hot Ginger Powder bath.
Or use the ginger powder, mixed it up with some hot olive oil. rub on your aching part and bind it up with some bandages for a hour or so. -
Go to a sinseh who has a good reputation.
My friend injured his knee during soccer. He went to a sinseh to have it looked. The sinseh made his injury worse. My friend had to go for an op for torn ligament. -

one of my uncles was in the construction business, and he once fell from a height and dislocated his shoulder .... his fellows brought him to the nearest chinese bonesetter shop (in tiong bahru) ...
the fellow there passed out rubber ear plugs .... took hold of his forearm ... told my uncle's fellows to grab the body .... and they PULLED !!!!!
you can guess what the earplugs were for by now eh ... -
