  PRC impounded a pile of Evian saying the water is full of germs or something
  
  that's after they poisoned and killed children with their fake syrup base for cough mixtures, fake eggs, poisoning people with chemicals in salted eggs, fake medication... the list goes on..
  
  at least they're trying (and we know they are very trying) to clean up by executing a scapegoat in the food and drug inspection bureau

  If the goobermunt isn't doing a better job despite their salary bumps, it's obvious what needs to be done: increase their salaries even more.
