  i think the allergy is going away.. the attack isn't as bad as the last time..
  
  had dinner already... shredded hairy gourd + dried shrimp, some kind of pig trotter thingy and sambal kangkong
  
  will wait a while then go shower...
  
  can't believe i slept so much... let's see... midnight to 8am... 11am to 4:30pm

  Sambal is too much work to make... but a friend's mum made sambal & she gave me a jar of sambal before I left for Sydney awhile ago. Yummm! We had sambal with everything after that, for awhile....

  I bought the sambal belachan made in Indonesia. Very nice and extra hot. Problem with that though.... you can't use it to cook. So i usually use it like "chilli sauce" and eat with chicken etc. Nice.
